The program “Fit for Partnership” is carried out on the basis of the “Joint Declaration of Intent between the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Moldova and the Federal Ministry of Economy and Energy of the Federal Republic of Germany on continuing cooperation in the training and development of managers of enterprises in various sectors of the economy of the Republic of Moldova”, signed by the Minister of Economy and Infrastructure of the Republic of Moldova and the Federal Minister of Economy and Energy of Germany on October 21, 2021, in Chisinau.
The purpose of the Program: the opportunity to get to know the German market, to establish business links with German companies and to build long-term partnerships, being a tool of promotion in the field of foreign trade.
Target group: top and middle managers from Moldovan companies in any field of the national economy.
The program includes a 6-week online internship with Germany, and a 2-week visit to Germany.
In order to participate in the Program for the year 2022, candidates are admitted according to the eligibility criteria:
– manager position at the company;
– higher education;
– work experience;
– knowledge of Russian / English – according to the specialization group
– well-defined commercial interests for Germany.
The selection of participants is made by a committee of German experts, based on the interview. You can download the Application Form 2016 V4 EN application form from the attachment. The form can be completed in Russian.
The following options / groups are possible for 2022 (the internship period will be available for interview):
- Economic cooperation (any field of economics), working language – Russian, English.

- Pass the selection interview successfully and attend the training sessions for internship preparation.
The investment for participation is only 6300 lei and is paid after the successful passing of the interview.
This amount is reimbursed after participation in the program. In addition, the participant pays only the cost of the return flight ticket for the period of departure to Germany – the internship or follow-up period.
